Help Center - Rendering 6

During rendering I get a *6 error.

You should do two things to fix this problem.

1 - Download the latest version of ProAnimator version 4 (v4.5.1). If you need the download link, please email customerservice@zaxwerks.com for the download link.

2 - Run Quicktime in Safe Mode.

To do this, go to your Quicktime player. Select Edit > Preferences > Quicktime Preferences. Go to the "Advanced" tab, and check the setting for "Safe Mode".

After these two steps, you should no longer have any problems rendering.
