The Apply button is dimmed.

Make sure you select the layers you want to move, make sure the layers have the 3-D switch turned on, and make sure you click on the comp. If you click on the Project Panel all comps will get deselected and Layer Tools won't know which comp to apply itself to.

Note: 3D Layer Tools does not work as a Demo. You can open up the interface to see all the controls, but if you run the plug-in in Demo mode, the Apply button will all be dimmed.
