Most likely you have an anti-virus program running that is interfering with the creation of the software's security files. Do the following:
1- Turn off the anti-virus software. Right-click on the anti-virus icon and turn all options off, such as Firewall, Auto-protect, etc.
2- Run the Zaxwerks software. You should now be able to enter the authorization code and have it accepted.
3- Exit the Zaxwerks software, then launch and run it again to make sure everything works OK.
4- Turn the anti-virus program back on.
The Zaxwerks software should run fine from now on.
