When I try to install I get the message: "Sorry, we don't have installation files for this product."

This message means that the installer has been separated from its install files. On the Mac the installer is a package and either the package has been stripped apart or perhaps you are trying to do an installation over a network, and the communications are breaking down between the installer and the file system.Try this: Copy the installer folder to each computer and do the installation locally.
