Help Center - Installation 10

The software says my authorization code is invalid.

A1- The authorization codes must match the software. If you are entering the authorization code from an older version of the software into a newer version of the software, you may receive this error message. Click the About button to check which version of the software you are using and be sure it matches the version you purchased.

A2- Don't copy and paste the authorization code from an e-mail into the authorization dialogue. Doing this can copy invisible text formatting. Type in the letters and numbers as you see them. Display the code in a font where you can tell the difference between numbers and letters that look the same. (Such as 0 and O.)

A3- Make sure you are using a real authorization code and not an Invoice number, a tracking number or a serial number. The authorization code will be called: Authorization Code.
