hi, our company installed this in AE7 (CS2) on PC. though the installation was done by the “computer-person”, the four presets (angle, high collar, jerico and wavy sphere – all .zlx extensions, are correctly located in the C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects 7.0\Support Files\Plug-ins\Zaxwerks 3D Warps 1.0.0 PC\3D Warps\Layer Warp Presets
however, when we start AE and add the 3D Warp effect, we cannot find the Layer Warp Presets.
would anyone have a guess what we are doing incorrectly please?
thank you in advance,
sara
sorry for the typo: the extensions are .zlw.
Hi Sara,
First off, download the latest version (1.1) there were important changes made since 1.0.
When you take a look at the controls for the plug-in, found in the Effect Controls Window, there will be two menus directly under the plug-in’s name, one says Animation Presets and the other says Effect Presets. You will find the presets you are looking for under the Effect Presets menu.
Best,
Zax
Oh, and did not know about it. Thanks for the information …
